The Evidence

The book is filled with quotes from the Raid, the Trial, and things said to Margaret by IRS agents, her attorneys and others. We are placing a lot of the evidence here so you can view it and decide for yourself.

Video Evidence

IRS Raid presided over by IRS Agent Juan Robles. IRS Agents discuss how they hate tax credits for poor people and how they were recently drug tested because IRS Agent “Juan” is a suspected Drug Dealer.

The video recorder at our main office was ordered shut down by IRS agents Juan Robles and Jason Gamez, so we only have 25 minutes of the abusive experience. The video recorders at our satellite office had even more incriminating video during the raid. Not only was the raid unsupported by the warrant they had, but they obviously didn’t know that their conversation was being recorded.

Above is an excerpt at 03/08/2012 16:30:10 of the security video.

Below is a short transcript of what the agents said:

Agent #1: “I cringe to think how much money our country loses every year to the EIC. If I were president for a day, I’d wipe out the deficit in one year just by eliminating the EIC. Billions of dollars just right there. Boom! I’d have them drug tested for any government services. You fail your drug test, you don’t get anything.”

Agent #2: “I agree, did you hear when they tried doing that? People were upset? People didn’t want to get tested for drugs?”

Agent #1: “Yeah. Why do you think?”

Agent #2: “I get tested. I got tested a couple of months ago. I think it’s because of Juan. People think Juan is a drug dealer.” [16:30:58]

Agent #1: “That was a random call.”

Agent #2: “It was me, Juan and Raquel.”

Agent #1: “Hmm, how random was that?”

Agent #2: “Exactly—that’s what I said. How random was that?”

Agent #1: “It’s for sketchy people.”

IRS Took Many Documents without a Proper Warrant

Robert Barnes filed a motion to punish the government for taking thousands of documents from Margaret’s office for which it had no search warrant.

Two Attorneys/Friends Denied Access to Courtroom

Two friends, Tiffany Shockley, Esq., and Linda Leeser, Esq., who are also licensed attorneys, were not allowed in to observe my trial. They each swore out an affidavit testifying how the court refused to allow them in.

Proof that Mario Dominguez Lied and was a Criminal

Mario Dominguez testified that he was “retired” from the Sheriff’s Department, but in fact had been fired for breaking into the courthouse and stealing, and faking crime scene evidence. The Prosecution withheld this information, and forced him to testify in Margaret’s case.

Anita Price Gambling Records

Police Officer Anita Price shocked Margaret’s legal team when she testified that she did not return to Las Vegas to gamble and that she had no gambling losses. Although records of gambling activity are difficult to locate, we did find this list of her gambling losses at Treasure Island in the amount of $4,169.00.

Joe Escobedo CARFAX Report

Joe Escobedo testified that he only put a few miles on his vehicle during the years his taxes were prepared at Rapid Return. This CARFAX Report demonstrates that he was untruthful.
